A mish-mash from my camera over the last few months. Life is good!
These $2 dim sums from the Vietnamese takeaway shop around the corner from my office. I learnt the hard way that 2 of these is the perfect amount.
Disco balls in random places. This was a cute little cafe down the South Coast where I went for a friends birthday. I kept a disco ball that I bought for a friend’s hens and it sparkles every morning through the living room in the morning light - obsessed.
The perfect hair salon hospitality that is a margarita and original salted chips
Taking homemade dinner and a beer down to the beach to enjoy post-evening swim
The podcast “What did you do yesterday?”, such a funny premise and perfectly appeals to someone like me who often asks people “yes but what did you actually do while you were ‘doing nothing’.
The rediscovery of GeoGuessr; a game I used to play in high school where you are virtually dropped somewhere via Google Earth and you need to click/walk your way around and try to pin exactly where in the world you are. Is this really nerdy? I actually don’t care. There’s a free version where you can play 3 times.
The Choripan from La Loca - enjoyed while doing the Good Weekend Quiz and a drinking a cappucino with sooo many chocolate flakes on top. Chefs kiss. (I think this cafe has almost made it into all my ‘things i’ve loved’ lists!)
Connoisseur ice cream: vanilla with brownie chunks; I was outside on the deck when my boyfriend tapped on the window to tell me it was the best ice cream he’s ever had. So yum.
The TV show Rivals ! I actually got a Disney+ subscription to watch this (bonus: now being able to watch Secret Lives of Mormon Wives).
This disposable camera photo which was taken and quickly forgotten about until it was printed the other day. It was from one of the best holidays I’ve ever been on around the top of the North Island, NZ.
